"badpacket (Mike Steventon and Michelle Kasprzak) use computer generated imagery, performance, live video mixing and projection, to create a unique layered environment that taps into our hopes and fears for the future of technology.
Combining the use of digital, analogue, and live techniques allows badpacket to plunder the immediacy of the internet, the fluidity of live video mixing, and the responsive interactivity of performance. Live audio by Project."

Brooke A. Knight

""Desktop" is a streaming, live video of the desktop of Brooke A.
Knight's main computer at his workplace, the University of Maine.
While many webcams have the camera mounted on or near the monitor and
focus on the person at the computer, "Desktop" shows the work, while
absenting the person--Knight--who is performing the work. If we are
what we do, then "Desktop" is a self-portrait of sorts, defining Knight
at work.
If some of the viewers at Art Frankfurt want to email me, I'll be happy
to respond in large letters so they can see it on the stream."

"0100101110101101.ORG: life_sharing
0100101110101101.ORG continues to challenge notions of artistic
ownership giving every Internet user free 24-7 access to
0100101110101101.ORG's computer. In applying open source's general
public license model to the artists' own computer server, life_sharing
radically challenges the concept of privacy and explores the
contradictions of intellectual property."
